We would like to inform you that we have updated our policy for the powerful Frequency Series to now include a waiver. Please note registering for any Frequency Series automatically constitutes agreement with the policy and waiver for any Frequency Series events.

For those who have already registered, you have been sent an email regarding this waiver. Should you choose not to comply with the waiver, you must email customers@massajady.com to remove yourself from the registration. No response from you will constitute your agreement with the updated policy and waiver. 

Being a victim of abuse or being the one to abuse is a heavy and distorting life experience. For some participants, you may walk into a new reality effortlessly and without much detox. For those who have not yet registered, the Xponential Intelligence transformational process is highly effective and very intense. You may find it severely challenging as old patterns shift. Working with Mas requires absolute ownership and personal accountability. If you are mentally unstable, weak, tend to blame others, and/or are unwilling/unable to take personal responsibility please do NOT proceed with registering for or participating in ANY part of the Frequency Series.

Frequency Series Client Waiver

The Frequency Series (FS)  are intense programs that may cause mild to severe detox. The detox process may vary from person to person and may produce discomfort physically, mentally and/or spiritually while you clear and release patterns, frequencies and contracts that no longer serve you. By registering for or participating in ANY part of the Frequency Series (Fundamentals and/or Intensives) you automatically agree with the policy and waiver as follows:

I am committed to my own growth and spiritual development. I assume 100% full personal responsibility, and not Mas Sajady, his team or employees, for my life experiences and choices made before, during and after my participation in the FS program(s).

I agree to communicate with the Mas team should any issue surface. I will not post any negative comments, defamatory information or personal complaints about the program, Mas or classmates online. 

I voluntarily consent to work with Mas Sajady and agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Mr. Sajady, the Company, as well as any of his agents, associates and employees from any claim or liability due to any damage or injury of any kind arising from my use of any information, products or services provided by the aforementioned parties.  I acknowledge and take full responsibility for my life and well-being, as well as the lives and well-being of my family and children (where applicable), and all decisions made during and after this spiritual work.  I confirm that I have reviewed and agreed to the disclaimer, legal liability waiver and no refunds policy. 

I understand that Mas is not a medical doctor. Services of Mas Sajady, Inc. have not been evaluated by the Food And Drug Administration or any other governing agency. Mas endeavors to help prevent or ease suffering exclusively by spiritual healing and by prayer. Therefore, these are never a substitute for conventional medical or mental health psychological diagnosis and treatment and should never be regarded as such. 

Portions of the FS will be recorded online. By participating in the FS program(s), I consent to the recording of my voice by Mas Sajady, Inc.
