As part of our wondrous and complex human design, we all share a number of automatic mechanisms designed to support the two prime directives of all life: Survive and Thrive (Your Programming Part 1)

The main systems running on “autopilot” in the background of our lives are:

Shedding Mechanism

Frequency shedding is our natural mechanism to learn and morph into greater possibilities of ourselves. It happens automatically, all the time: we’re constantly shedding our own frequencies – thoughts, emotions, patterns – and intaking frequencies from the environment. We live in an unseen “ocean” of each other’s frequencies!

Shedding is how we naturally adapt to higher frequencies (thrive). For example, if you’ve been practicing XI, your kids may have changed dramatically simply because you've changed: they're adapting to your frequency automatically. As you elevate, it is your light that transforms people around you – the brighter and cleaner light you're shining, the more intensity you have to transform people. 

On the flip side, until we awaken and develop strong boundaries, much of what we consider our own – including “our” thoughts – may actually come from someone else! And not all external sources are clean or of good intent...

Efficiency Mechanisms

We run many internal systems designed for energy-saving or efficiency. For instance, we’re programmed to accept trusted consensus when it comes to important information, thus avoiding any extensive research needed to verify it. However, this same energy-saving trust is what governments or media can also exploit to obtain mass compliance!

The Pain Body (PB) - This so-called major efficiency system runs our patterns autonomically – much like breathing, it doesn't need your conscious attention or intervention.

Mas teaches that “It pretty much comes down to one frequency. If you resolve that issue, most other things resolve.” We all have one main pattern that basically defines us. This main pattern is run by your PB for efficiency, becoming the “soundtrack” of your life – infusing everything you do, feel and think with its frequency – very much like background music that soon goes unnoticed. 

PB Done Wrong – Until you remove distortions, the PB will be all about controlling you because, like everything else in creation, it seeks to survive and grow. Over time, it will start to run its own frequencies and take over the spiritual body! 

Mas has actually witnessed many instances where a client’s PB has cut off a phone or Zoom call with him, so it isn’t “killed” by the client’s awakening – that’s how much control it has. The collective PB is even more powerful: it can edit the weather to hinder a Mas event! 

The PB may also be hard to detect because it’s a program we’ve run for so long and feels so deep, that we think we are this identity/main pattern. But we’re not! 

For example, if your main pattern/identity is being an underdog, unconscious to you your PB will run this underlying frequency – and by law, your environment will reflect back to you a complimentary attack frequency. You’re constantly on guard or defending yourself no matter who you meet, because to you the world has always been a dangerous place. 

But ultimately, the PB is programming controlled by you, and you can flip it around to serve you:

  • Notice the patterns that run your life – your habitual thoughts and choices, how you talk to yourself – they’re created by your efficiency mechanisms   

  •  Ask yourself why you act and think that way you do

  • Then start making small choices different from your habitual conditioning. Many small choices add up to the bigger choices, small steps turn into big steps, which turn into strides: this is how we change the world!

PB Done Right –  Used correctly, the PB serves its true purpose: as a super efficient, red carpet assistant.

As you ascend, the PB first acts as an invaluable coach that puts you in training situations, bringing examples of darkness, other realities, time dimensions, etc. to help you ascend. 

Once you’ve cleaned up enough, your PB will start to play a virtuous frequency automatically, and everything that happens to you (even if difficult) serves to elevate you; you will also attract others to help perpetuate your growth.

In summary, the PB first tries to control you because it doesn’t want to die. But as you ascend and learn to control it, it becomes a super efficient training mechanism for elevation — and eventually your best ally.
