Is It Really Yours?

When something external, or “not-you”, is inside your space, those frequencies will seek control (as everything in creation naturally seeks its growth). So what you’re thinking may actually be “planted” thoughts! Similarly with “your” emotions – you could be feeling someone else’s grief, depression, fear, etc. –  and your habits, tastes, bodily functions*… 

But you’re not just running someone else’s patterns/frequencies, you’re being taken to realities that aren’t of your choosing. Imagine the waste of your life’s vitality and resources! – not to speak of the inability to develop your identity and be your true self.

Please understand how crucially important it is to have closed boundaries! Always remember: your space is meant ONLY for you and your higher self – not for your soulmate, beloved children or family; nor for your guides, angels, ascended masters or gods/goddesses.

No matter how loving, well-meaning or elevated they may feel, any frequencies inside your space that are not your own will invariably distort you – it would be like wearing someone else’s underwear and shoes: it will be unhygienic and ill-fitting. Worse still: it will prevent you from being your true self.

You’re not being selfish or unloving, denying others “entry to your heart”, by maintaining strong boundaries – nor are you denying yourself the help of higher beings when keeping them off your space. 

There’s a proper, awakened way to connect deeply with those you love – it starts with good boundaries and a clean personal space! And there’s a proper, awakened way to connect with higher intelligences that never involves inviting them into your body, giving yourself over or channeling their frequencies through you. We’ll cover both in future articles. 

*If this sounds like mind control, it is! Most of us are under some form of “mind and body control” & it’s not from the CIA! but from a grandmother, dead acquaintance, the local grocer…

Trespass Stories 

So, how do you reclaim your space? Above all, you want to hone your ability to detect and place not-you frequencies and realities (in other words, advanced spatial referencing). 

Let’s look at symptoms that can signal trespass:  

  • Dreams: your house, bedroom, bathroom or closet is dirtied, intruded or missing a door/wall, exposed to the outside; parasites/others feeding off you; thieves 

  • Body: shoulders/neck bent forward, in a protective posture; rib cage bent, from weight of intruding frequency; scoliosis/spine pushed sideways (for example, from dead presence slithering in)

  • Face: frequent changes in countenance, as if a “different person” is looking out; blank stare; if dark possession, blackening of the eyes

  • Behavior: adamant about locking doors, windows, specially at night; avoid groups/crowds (unconsciously know will pick up their frequencies); obsessive cleaning of self/house; “out of the blue” impulse to contact someone or do something “not really you”; sudden voice, mood, personality changes

  • Mind: habitually lose track of time, blank mind, difficulty completing normal tasks or remembering what you just did

In addition, these are common patterns that make you especially vulnerable (if unawakened) to invasion: 

  • Empaths have practically no boundaries – porous frequency-wise, like a “screen door” (instead of a solid door or glass) where everything enmeshes and comes in

    • they’re absorbers of others’ frequencies and patterns

    • behind the surface-level message “I feel you”, the real message broadcast at frequency level is: “Come in”

    • mis-used empathic ability: just absorb everybody’s frequencies, feel drained & will be controlled by them. Properly used when awakened: can see & learn how others run their frequencies without destabilizing 

  • Helpers open up to take other’s burdens, to “help” or “support”

    • they allow others to dump their heaviness into them, frequency-wise becoming “doormats”, “garbage cans” for others

    • behind the message “I’ll help/support you”, the real frequency message sent-out is: “Dump on me” 

    • mis-used helper ability: a lose-lose, only providing temporary relief and encouraging future dumping, and control of your resources – will feel drained, used, down, ill. Properly used: help those who will help themselves, showing them how to access their own power within, so you both elevate

  • Abuse dents or breaks your boundaries (the underlying frequency is not intact), allowing external frequencies to pull you out so they can push in

    • you vacate the body; frequency-wise, like a “portal” or “plug-in site” for others 

    • the body’s point of weakness is where you get pulled out & others push in – for example, if there’s been sexual abuse, groin is the exit & entry point

    • As you clean up, gain heightened awareness of the body, self & not-self frequencies
